Ingredients for 4 people

- 320gr Rice
- Cauliflower 160gr
- 60g. Garlic Tender.
- Cod Loin 600g Desalting.
- 120gr. From Samorreta
- 1.5L. Fish Fume
- Saffron strands
- Half teaspoon Dye
- Two tablespoons olive oil

Paella Saute in the Cod with Olive oil and reserve, then saute garlic cauliflower and add the rice and saute add the dye, the saffron and smoke samorreta and add the fish, give a pinch of salt and cook high heat 10 minutes as they pass the 10 minutes add the cod and let simmer 5 minutes.
