Tuna and Rice Dry Chickpeas
Serves 4

- 400g. de Tuna
- 400g. Bomba rice
- 250g. cooked chickpeas
- 200g. of salmorreta Nora
- 2l. Fish Broth
- 200g. Onion
- 100cc.Olive Oil Extra Virgin

elaboration

In a frying pan fry the chopped onion brunoise, cut the tuna into cubes and fry well. Then remove the tuna and set aside.
Add rice and chickpeas and stir-fry. Then add the fish broth and cook salmorreta and high heat of 12 to 15 min. Add the ATU and the fire got out leaving it to cook another 5 minutes until dry.
